ICCC’s internal design team helps Owners, users, and designers define the scope of work to be solved by the design effort through programming.  The program will address issues specific to the building and the site, such as its scale, image, and functions; the climate; the interrelationship of interior spaces; the flow of goods and services through the building; and the affordability of the project.

ICCC’s in-house architect serves as a liaison between the Owner and the external design professionals.  Our nation-wide network of Architects and Engineers allows us to develop code-worthy designs anywhere in the nation for our clients.  Utilizing ICCC’s design team especially with repeat nation-wide clients ensures consistency from project to project.
