ICCC is driven to see that every project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and strictly adheres to the highest standards of quality and the creative vision of the Owner. In many cases, ICCC is engaged early in the conceptual stage to evaluate the feasibility of a project and take the lead in the budget-driven design process. Once in the construction phase, ICCC has the resources to self-perform various elements of the project to preserve and enhance the schedule and budget as necessary.

Our Story
IC Construction Company is a nation-wide general contractor providing construction solutions based out of Swisher, Iowa with a branch office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In 2010, Mike and Troy began their journey together in the concrete business as Iowa Concrete and over the years have expanded their services as a General Contractor. Dean joined Iowa Concrete in 2017 as a project manager and quickly became an integral member of the team. In 2022, Dean Dequaine was made a partner in the business and together this dynamic trio formed IC Construction Company.
IC Construction Company (ICCC) has expanded their business offerings through their satellite office in Green Bay, Wisconsin and associates strategically located throughout the United States. As an emerging nation-wide leader in the retail, transportation, industrial and commercial markets, ICCC’s integrated services approach continues to grow and has added a talented design team to round out their offerings.
ICCC continues to grow and recruit experts in multiple markets to better service our clients. With extensive years of combined experience, we offer expertise in retail, commercial, industrial, with additional associate experience in assisted living, warehousing, storage, hospitality, multi-family, aviation, and institutional markets. Through the years, our customers have grown to rely on ICCC to represent their best interests in time, quality and cost.
