Mr. Koltz brings over 34 years of experience, on a variety of facility types, leading his clients and design teams through the programming, design, technical specification writing, budget creation/management and construction oversight. Steve’s extensive experience in all phases of a project ensures that coordination and constructability issues are effectively communicated to the entire project team from project kick-off through Owner occupancy and beyond.
